apparently my money isn't my money anymore. it's open to anyone who wants it. so feel free to quit your jobs and take my money from me.
here's what happened:
i got online last night to look at my ever dwindling account to see a $25 purchase from namescout.com...something i have no interest in. so i called my bank and they said there was another attempt yesterday for napster that got declined. thank goodness i caught it soon enough. my bank instructed me to file a police report and attach the report to the dispute paperwork they're sending me. it's so frustrating because who's going to go after someone for $25? in my opinion it's more of a preventative measure than anything. if this little hoodlum is getting away with it then what's stopping them from doing it to someone else? i think i'll do a little research on my own and see what i can find out. just call me kelly P.I.
