last year on august 5th my precious little boy was born. he woke up kinda early this morning and just started blabbing away. i explained to him it was his birthday and that last year on this day he was a brand new baby for mommy. then i asked him for a kiss and he opened his mouth and covered mine. we still have a lot to learn, but it sure was cute.
my mom already came over to bring balloons--they might just entertain him for the next week. i've gotta go to the store to get some last minute things for the par-tay and bake a cake. i'm one of those moms that wont let my son eat real cake (get off my case toilet face) so i'm making him a fruit dessert with yogurt. i think he'll like it as long as he likes yogurt...which he has yet to try.
i'll post more later after we have his party. i'll have more pics then so you just wait!
