i know what you're thinking...two posts in one day...in one MONTH?! it's true. jonah is sick and is taking tons of naps. little ones, but long enough for me to do something. and derik is out of town so no need to try to pick up before he comes home (who am i kidding, i don't do that anyway). here's my little boy just hanging out in my dirty bathroom. he's getting so big! he started walking about a month ago. he's got 8 teefers (isaac doesn't let us call them anything else even though he knows what they're really called). he's super huge. ok well maybe just to me because i take him everywhere...but he's like 27 lbs the last time i checked. he's turning 1 on monday (v-day) and he wears 18-24 month clothes. although the 18mo stuff is getting a little short. i guess that's not too big for a kid his age, but he's been wearing them for quite some time. he can even fit into some of isaac's 2 and 3T stuff. ridiculous.
he says stuff like "bao" for ball and can make the sounds of a horse, cow, elephant, dog, dinosaur, gorilla, alligator, bunny, and sheep. what does a bunny say, you say? they wiggle their noses. it's amazing. and an alligator? it SNAPS! so he closes his hand down real fast. and the best is when he beats his chest and says "ooh ooh." i love him. ok he's waking up so i gotta split but if i never ever post again then at least he knows what he did when he was almost 1 :) love you jonie baby.

They are both so seriously cute! I can't believe he's almost one - didn't you have him like yesterday? (Yikes if you did since he weighs 27 lbs... you're not ever coming back from that...) Ha ha I kill myself! I'm glad that you guys are doing good - and you gotta love it when the hubby's away and you don't have to make real dinner or wear makeup or clean up the house! (or maybe that's just me!)
Oh yes, and you didn't say that he is probably the reason that your bathroom is cluttered...that seems to be our J's favorite place to empty cupboards.

He's such a cutie!! What a big boy! Savannah's right up there with him. She's 10 months and 23 lbs! I told Scott that you make me feel like the worst mom in the world. I can't believe he already knows so many animal sounds. Savannah is so uninterested and doesn't know any animal sounds or words yet. Oh well!! Keep the updates coming!!
